Daniel Kennedy
Daniel (Dan) Kennedy has been in protein for over 20 years. Starting out with International Home Foods as a Food Technologist Dan quickly moved on to Nuvex Ingredients where he did product development extruding proteins for bars, cereals and meat extension as well as exploring the boundaries of extruding animal and plant-based proteins. Dan moved into a business role in the early 2000’s and started selling and marketing nut meats with H&W Ingredients. Dan joined Solae in 2007 and continued his relationship protein as Solae became a part of DuPont Nutrition and Health and the portfolio of products grew well beyond protein. Dan came to PureCircle, in late 2019, and then joined the Plant Based Protein platform with Ingredion. Dan has served in both a regional and global leadership capacity on the Plant Based Protein platform. Dan also holds a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Minnesota.
